What You'll Do:
Support the Home Manager in the daily running of the service
Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver outstanding care
Engage with service users to ensure their individual care needs are met
Promote a safe, caring, and inclusive environment
Identify safeguarding and adult abuse concerns and ensure appropriate referral pathways are followed
Maintain excellent clinical standards and support ongoing staff training and development
What We're Looking For:
NMC registered nurse (essential)
Previous experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting
Strong understanding of person-centred care
Confident in handling safeguarding protocols and referral processes
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
