Supporting the Home Manager in overseeing daily operations of the care home.
Leading and supervising nursing and care staff.
Ensuring high standards of care delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conducting audits, risk assessments, and implementing action plans.
Developing and maintaining person-centred care plans for residents.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and external agencies.
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Expertise in dementia care and senior care best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory compliance.
