About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Nurse Deputy Manager (RGN)
to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a current Deputy Manager or an experienced Registered Nurse ready to step up into a management role. You will combine your clinical expertise with strong leadership skills to support the smooth running of our care service and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service.
Lead and mentor the nursing and care teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
Undertake clinical duties including assessments, medication administration, and care planning.
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies.
Provide guidance, supervision, and training to staff.
Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and continuity of care.
Requirements
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
Previous Deputy Manager experience preferred, but strong applications from experienced nurses ready to progress will be considered.
Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on nursing experience.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
