About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Nurse Deputy Manager (RGN)
to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Manager or a skilled Registered Nurse looking to step up into a leadership position.
You will play a vital role in supporting the Home Manager with the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring high-quality care standards are consistently met, and providing clinical leadership to the nursing and care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager with operational and clinical management.
Lead by example, delivering hands-on nursing care during floor shifts.
Manage, mentor, and develop staff to ensure the highest standards of care.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
Must be a
Registered General Nurse (RGN)
with current NMC registration.
Strong clinical knowledge and experience.
Previous Deputy Manager experience preferred - however, we are open to applications from experienced Nurses seeking a step-up role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends as required.
