Key Responsibilities:
Support the Home Manager in leading, motivating, and managing the care team.
Ensure the highest standards of clinical care are maintained across the home.
Engage with residents and families to promote person-centred care.
Oversee staff training, supervision, and professional development.
Identify and manage safeguarding concerns and referral pathways.
Ensure compliance with all clinical governance and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse
with relevant post-registration experience (
essential
).
Proven experience as a
Deputy Home Manager
in a nursing home setting.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Strong understanding of safeguarding, care planning, and CQC compliance.
A compassionate, professional approach to delivering outstanding care.
