Responsibilities include:
The post holder will plan and develop, implement and evaluate a specialist LTV service alongside the EACH LTV team and wider multi-disciplinary team. Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care, safety and support.
The post holder will provide specialist advice, education/training, assessment and care planning and support to health care professionals within EACH and externally.
The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of the LTV service, research and standards of care within EACH.
