A Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential for this role


Shift Pattern:




37.5 hours per week - applications for 30+ hours welcome


including occasional weekends and night working

Care Salary Band: 6




We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering high-quality care.

Experience of caring for children and young people who require LTV support? A passion to provide high quality evidence based care? Excellent communication skills? Great time management skills?

Responsibilities include:




The post holder will plan and develop, implement and evaluate a specialist LTV service alongside the EACH LTV team and wider multi-disciplinary team. Ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of clinical care, safety and support. The post holder will provide specialist advice, education/training, assessment and care planning and support to health care professionals within EACH and externally. The post holder will be responsible for contributing to the ongoing development of the LTV service, research and standards of care within EACH.
