The Role

Providing outstanding leadership for care staff Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do

About You

An NMC Registered Nurse Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

Our highly trained and experienced team at Montfort Manor will deliver full time nursing and residential care, short term respite care as well as specialist dementia care. The team at Montfort Manor will get to know your loved one extremely well. In fact, we will work with all your family when your loved one first joins us, getting to know every aspect of their life and personality, their interests, preferences and wishes. Then we will create care and lifestyle plans - even menus - that are personalised for them, so that they can spend each day doing the things that bring them meaning, satisfaction and a sense of independence.
