Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective management and leadership across the nursing home
Ensure safe, high-quality, and person-centred care for residents
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team, promoting professional development and a positive workplace culture
Monitor clinical standards and regulatory compliance in line with CQC requirements and the Single Assessment Framework
Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently to meet operational goals
Engage with residents and families to ensure satisfaction and wellbeing
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain service excellence
Requirements:
Current NMC registration as a Nurse (RGN/RMN)
Proven experience managing a large nursing home effectively
Strong background in caring for individuals with long-term conditions including neurological issues, stroke, heart disease, depression, and arthritis
Experience working with older adults and those with cognitive impairment
Solid understanding of CQC regulations and frameworks
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities
