Nurse Manager Community
Job Description
The Nurse Manager Community role purpose is to provide highly effective clinical leadership, management, co-ordination and development of specialist palliative care services provided by the Hospice Telephone Support Line and Outreach Team. Tosupport the teams in the delivery of high-quality specialist palliative care ensuring that the highest standards of holistic nursing care are provided for individuals through a seamless 24/7 service and effective interdisciplinary working. The role will work in close partnership with Clinical Leads and Associate Directors to evolve Integrated Clinical Service provision and delivery of the Hospices Clinical Strategy.
