About the Role:

We are seeking a confident and experienced

Nurse Manager

to lead our dedicated nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are consistently maintained. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated nursing professional looking to take the next step in their leadership career.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the care setting Lead, mentor, and support the nursing and care team Ensure high standards of care in line with CQC and NMC regulations Manage care plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation Liaise effectively with families, GPs, and external healthcare professionals Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN (essential) At least 1 year of experience in a nursing management or leadership role (preferred) Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational abilities Commitment to delivering person-centred care
