The Role

Providing outstanding leadership for care staff Supporting residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels Provide clinical nursing to residents including medication management, infection prevention and control procedures, e.g. wound care, catheter management Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home Developing tailored care plans to delivering excellence across everything you do

About You

An NMC Registered Nurse Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans

Invicta Court offers a full range of older people's care services in hotel-style surroundings, including a cafe, hair and beauty salon, bar and cinema. The highly trained, professional team deliver permanent and short-term nursing and residential care, as well as dementia care and end of life care for up to 75 older people
