Vinci Hair Clinic is a leading provider of hair restoration solutions, offering cutting-edge treatments to clients across the UK and globally. Our Manchester clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager/Nurse to lead our team, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and provide exceptional care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Registered Manager for the clinic, ensuring compliance with CQC (Care Quality Commission) regulations. Perform and oversee PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and Mesotherapy treatments, delivering high-quality care. Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including supervising clinical and administrative staff. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency. Conduct regular audits and prepare reports to ensure the clinic meets healthcare standards. Lead, train, and support the clinic team to achieve a high level of patient satisfaction. Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with clinical governance. Collaborate with senior management to drive clinic performance and growth.

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration. Proven experience in administering PRP and Mesotherapy treatments. Comprehensive knowledge and experience of CQC requirements and healthcare compliance. Previous experience as a Registered Manager (or similar leadership role) in a healthcare setting. Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong attention to detail, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: 45k for a registered manager, or 38k for a trainee, increasing to 45k once registration is complete.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 35,000.00-45,000.00 per year
