Key Responsibilities

Deliver person-centred care and support to individuals with a range of mental health conditions Work within multi-disciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans Administer medication and monitor patient progress safely and effectively Build therapeutic relationships that empower service users Maintain standards in line with CQC regulations and NMC guidelines
What We're Looking For

Active NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) Passionate about mental health and supporting recovery pathways Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills Previous experience in a similar setting is a plus but not required
