About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Nurse Manager

to lead a well-established nursing home in NR3. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and compassionate leader to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and professional care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursing home Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance with CQC regulations Lead, support, and develop the care team Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals Drive continuous improvement and promote a positive, person-centred care culture

Requirements:

Previous experience managing a nursing or residential care home Strong working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations Proven record of working towards or achieving Outstanding ratings Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills Preferably NMC registered with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential)
