Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care
Lead and develop staff, supporting recruitment, retention, and continuous training
Ensure full compliance with CQC standards and all relevant regulations
Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders
Manage budgets and resources efficiently to maintain a commercially sustainable service
Drive a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience managing a large care home or similar healthcare setting
In-depth understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage staffing, budgets, and operational challenges
Commercial awareness with a focus on quality and sustainability
Desirable:
NMC-registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
