Job Summary

Salary: Up to \xc2\xa358,000 depending on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: 33 Grosvenor Place, Main Hospital

Contract: Permanent & Full Time

What are we looking for?

Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Nurse Operations Manager (NOM) to join our Nursing Operations Team, with a competitive salary range on offer, up to \xc2\xa358,000.

This is a Monday-Sunday role, working days and nights, with 12 hour working shifts.

The Nurse Operations Manager (NOM) is responsible for the operational management of all site issues within Cleveland Clinic London (CCL) as well as facilitating patient flow through all clinical departments.

In addition the NOM team will provide senior nursing support, professional leadership and advice to all areas within CCL.

What will your duties include?

Use the knowledge of one\xe2\x80\x99s own role and the roles of other professions to appropriately assess and address the health care needs of the patients and populations served

Demonstrates commitment to providing evidence based practice and care by promoting a culture of Lifelong learning

Delegates appropriate components of the nursing care plan to other members of the nursing team

Evaluates, develops and coordinates implementation and revision of core standards of care, policies and SOPs

The post holder will lead across CCL teams and actively influence and develop a culture of leadership, continuously improving patient experience, care and outcomes.

What we need from you?

Current registration through Nursing & Midwifery Council (First Level) required

ALS Provider, PILS, Safeguarding Level 3

Demonstrable tract record over several roles (or equivalent progression) post-graduate Registered Nurse experience in an acute care setting is required

As part of managerial experience, extensive experience in a senior charge nurse position, or experience in a charge nurse position in acute care environment is required

Demonstrable broad clinical and managerial experience in nursing field.
