Duties
Deliver comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while observing for potential side effects or adverse reactions.
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Skills
Fully qualified Nurse Prescriber
Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and compassion towards patients.
In-depth knowledge of human anatomy to effectively assess patient conditions and provide appropriate interventions.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Proficient in using medical equipment and technology relevant to nursing practice.
