We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our care team in Penzance (TR20). This is a night-shift role, offering both full-time and part-time hours to suit your availability. You will be part of a supportive team focused on delivering high-quality care and ensuring the wellbeing of all residents.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care during night shifts in line with clinical standards and organisational policies. Administer medications safely and accurately. Monitor and record residents' conditions, responding promptly to any changes. Support residents with their care plans and ensure all documentation is up to date. Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Provide clinical guidance and support to care staff where required. Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and all relevant regulations. Deliver compassionate, person-centred care with dignity and respect.

Requirements

Valid NMC Registration (RGN). Previous experience in nursing within a care home or clinical environment preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A caring, professional, and dedicated approach to resident wellbeing.
