You will work closely with the nursing and care team to maintain a safe, comfortable, and person-centred environment for all residents. This role requires an individual who is passionate about elderly care, confident in clinical practice, and committed to promoting residents' dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver safe and effective nursing care in line with professional and regulatory standards.
Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, residents, and their families to provide holistic care.
Support the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care plans.
Respond promptly to changes in residents' health and ensure appropriate interventions.
Supervise and mentor care staff, fostering a supportive and positive team environment.
Promote best practices in infection control, health, and safety.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience working as a
Registered Nurse
in a care home or similar clinical setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work autonomously.
A caring, patient, and professional approach to nursing care.
Education and Qualifications
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
- essential.
Post-registration experience in an elderly or dementia care environment preferred.
