07:00 - 19:00 shifts | Days and Nights available | Rolling rota including weekends & bank holidays

We're looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our small and friendly team at Glyncornel Nursing Home. Your Role

As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with nursing and daily living needs.

Key responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care Administering medications and treatments safely Monitoring residents' health, assessing needs, and making referrals where required Supporting daily activities such as mobility, hygiene, and personal care Leading and working closely with carers to ensure the highest standards of support Maintaining accurate care plans and documentation

What We're Looking For

? NMC-registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
? At least 1 year of nursing experience (desirable)
? Confident in medication administration, wound care, and health monitoring
? Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-focused care
? Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
? Organised and able to prioritise in a small, busy home setting
