Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with their individual care plans Administer medication and monitor the well-being of residents Work collaboratively with the wider care team to ensure high standards of care are maintained Lead and supervise Support Workers to deliver the best possible care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care and treatment Act as a key point of contact for residents and their families, offering support and advice Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a mental health qualification (Dual Qualified RGN/RMN) Previous experience in a care home, hospital, or similar environment is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, caring, and committed to making a positive impact on residents' lives Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
