You must be a committed innovative individual with a positive approach to both personal and service development. A Registered Nurse with 2 years post registration experience and preferably some proven experience within nursing. you must be qualified to degree level or have a portfolio of relevant experience.
Service development is key to the role and therefore we are looking for a nurse who has vision and the ability to influence services at a clinical and strategic level.

You will be a member of the multi-professional team providing specialist nursing and medical support to patients and their families with haematological conditions, haemochromatosis and Lipid related conditions.
You will provide clinical nursing advice, education, and leadership within the specialty You will act as a source of expertise, and knowledge for parents, carers, and healthcare professionals.
You will work within the multidisciplinary team in the provision of optimal care throughout all aspects of the patients care pathway and in all clinical settings. You will deliver high patient quality patient care, acting as nursing role model for nursing practice across the specialty, CBU and trust.
You will spend time both at Warrington and Halton sites - to be discussed at interview.
