We're currently looking for a

motivated, experienced, and service-driven Vaccinator & Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT)

to join our team and support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of vaccinations

, including travel health, private vaccines and others, following clinical protocols and safety guidelines

Perform final accuracy checks on dispensed NHS and private prescriptions

in line with GPhC regulations

Support pharmacy operations

, including prescription preparation, dispensing, and customer service (experience preferred but training can be provided) Assist in ear wax removal procedures (experience preferred but not mandatory) Provide

travel health consultations and vaccinations

(experience preferred but not mandatory) Assist in

private prescribing

services (not mandatory but experience preferred) Contribute to

aesthetic service delivery

, including injectable consultations (not mandatory but experience preferred) Deliver exceptional patient care and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment Maintain clinical documentation and ensure legal and ethical compliance at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience in delivering vaccinations Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician (ACT) qualification, GPhC-registered Confident communicator with excellent patient interaction and consent-taking skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical and dispensing protocols Comfortable working independently Ability to manage both clinical and pharmacy-related responsibilities efficiently Willingness to support across vaccinations, clinical services, private health services, and pharmacy operations
Other Desirable Skills

Previous experience with vaccinations, ear wax removals or aesthetic procedures preferred but not essential Background in customer-facing roles within a healthcare or pharmacy environment preferred but not essential Competence in using patient record systems or electronic clinical software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic setting

You'll start with a minimum of 4 hours every Saturday, with the exciting opportunity to take on additional shifts during the week as opportunities arise.



Pay from 13.00 per hour depending on experience
