This position requires proficiency in various software applications and strong clerical skills to manage data entry, maintain records, and assist with office tasks.

Responsibilities



Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain and organise files, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars for team members.

Qualifications



Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
