The Role
As our Nursery Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our operations. From managing payroll and invoicing to ordering supplies and handling emails, you'll make sure everything is in place so our team can focus on what matters most - the children.
What You'll Do
Process staff payroll accurately and on time.
Prepare and send invoices, track payments, and manage accounts.
Handle email correspondence and maintain clear communication with parents and staff.
Order supplies and keep our nursery well-stocked.
Keep records up to date and ensure compliance with policies.
What We're Looking For
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
Previous admin experience (nursery or education setting is a bonus!).
Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
Knowledge of payroll and basic finance principles.
A friendly communicator who loves helping people.
