Your Mission
As an Office Manager at Busy Bees
Horsham
, you will be a key part our administrative operations. Your role is diverse and involves coordinating visits from external contractors, managing office equipment, welcoming visitors, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Your friendly and professional manner will make you one of the go-to people for parents, staff, and external parties, ensuring our centre runs efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for everyone.
You will be also working at our
Haywards Heath
centre once a week to support them with their administration.

Essential skills and experience:
Previous experience using Microsoft systems
Business Management Experience
Ability to work on own initiative
Confident communicator verbally and written

Qualification in Early Years
Understanding of Nursery processes
