Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our nursery by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software and strong clerical skills to manage data entry, maintain records, and assist with daily administrative tasks.

Responsibilities



Manage and organise office operations and procedures to ensure efficiency. Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly. Maintain filing systems, both electronic and paper-based, ensuring information is easily accessible. Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Hubdoc, including invoicing and tracking expenses. Handle phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Support the team with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence. Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and communication. Assist in maintaining both nursery and office supplies inventory and ordering when necessary. Provide clerical support as needed to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is essential. Familiarity with Hubdoc or similar accounting software is advantageous. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Competence in using computers for various administrative tasks.
