Instepz Nursery is opening soon in Birmingham, and we're looking for an enthusiastic

Apprentice

to join our team as we prepare to welcome our first children.

This is a fantastic opportunity to begin your career in early years education. As an apprentice, you'll gain hands-on experience working with babies and young children, supporting their learning and development in a nurturing environment, while working towards a recognised childcare qualification.

What you'll do:



Assist in providing high-quality care and learning activities for children. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery. Learn from experienced practitioners while developing your own skills and confidence.

We're looking for someone who:



Is passionate about working with young children. Is eager to learn and gain qualifications in Early Years. Has (or is keen to develop) an understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Has a positive, can-do attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
