Job Description

As a Nursery Apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced childcare professionals, developing hands-on skills and knowledge while supporting the growth and development of young children. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children and is eager to gain qualifications in Early Years Education.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that promote learning and development for children aged 0-4years old. Help create a warm, safe, and inclusive environment for all children. Support children's personal, social, and emotional needs, fostering positive relationships. Observe, assess, and document children's progress as directed by qualified practitioners. Work as part of a team to ensure nursery policies, including safeguarding, are upheld. Engage with parents and caregivers, building trust and rapport. Attend training sessions and complete all coursework and assessments for the apprenticeship qualification.

GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred.Skills & Qualities:
Passionate about working with young children, patient, and caring. A willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Strong communication skills. Ability to work well in a team.Legal Requirements:
