Clacton Montessori Day Nursery is excited to offer an apprenticeship opportunity for a

Nursery Apprentice

to join our dedicated team. If you have a passion for early years education and are looking to gain hands-on experience while working towards a qualification, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Support the daily care and learning of children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Participate in a variety of activities, supporting children's development through play and structured learning. Observe and record children's progress, supporting them in reaching developmental milestones. Work closely with experienced practitioners, learning and developing skills in early years education. Support daily routines, including mealtimes, nap times, and play sessions.

Requirements:

A keen interest in working with young children. A desire to learn and progress within the childcare profession. Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude. Ability to work independently and responsibly. A positive and proactive approach to learning. An Enhanced DBS check will be required.
