Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team at Lilliput Montessori Day Nurseries in the UK. This role is essential in supporting our mission to provide high-quality early childhood education and care, fostering a nurturing environment for children.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities for children. Support the daily care routines of children, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with experienced staff to create a stimulating learning environment. Engage with children through play and educational activities. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress. Participate in training sessions to enhance professional development. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting. Uphold the values and standards of Lilliput Montessori Day Nurseries.

Qualifications

Passion for working with young children and a desire to learn about early childhood education. Previous experience in childcare or nursery settings is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff. Ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Commitment to safeguarding children's welfare.
