Responsibilities



Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate educational activities for children. Support children's learning and development through engaging play-based experiences. Help ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all children in the nursery. Monitor and record children's progress and development under the guidance of qualified staff. Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children's needs and activities. Participate in daily nursery routines, including meal times and nap schedules. Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive and positive team environment.

Requirements



A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and preferably in Spanish. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. A willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the early years education field. Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices is an advantage. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the nursery environment. * Commitment to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and engaging nursery atmosphere.
