We're now looking for a

Nursery Apprentice

who shares our passion for helping children grow, learn, and thrive through play and discovery.

The Role

As an apprentice, you'll become part of our dedicated early years team, supporting children as they take their first steps in learning and development. You'll build trusting relationships with them, observe their progress, and help create experiences that inspire wonder every day.

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for caring for and enhancing children's development through play. Someone who sees the world through their eyes and values their unique personalities and potential.

You'll bring:

A kind, patient, and enthusiastic attitude A genuine interest in early childhood development A willingness to learn and grow as part of a team Reliability, curiosity, and a sense of fun
No prior experience is needed - just a passion for the early years.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Supporting children's play, exploration, and learning through meaningful interactions Helping to plan and deliver engaging, child-centred activities Creating a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe and confident Supporting daily routines such as mealtimes, rest, and outdoor play Observing children's development and sharing insights with your mentor and team
