About Us

St George's Nursery is a warm, welcoming environment where children and staff grow together. We have a long history of supporting apprentices, giving them the training and experience they need to succeed in Early Years.

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Apprentice to train with our experienced staff team. This role offers the chance to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience in a professional nursery setting.

You will:

- Assist with planning and delivering engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
- Support children with their daily routines, learning through play, and personal care needs.
- Observe and record children's progress under the guidance of senior staff.
- Communicate with parents and contribute to building positive relationships.
- Work towards your Early Years qualification through supported study and training.

What We're Looking For

- A genuine interest in childcare and early years development.
- Commitment to completing an apprenticeship qualification.
- A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Reliability and willingness to learn from experienced colleagues.

- Level 2 Qualified, looking to complete their Level 3.

- Full-time
- Salary: 7.55
