We are searching for a fun, kind and caring apprentice with a great imagination and willingness to learn. You need to be ready to chat to children, read stories and join in play. It's equally important to be able to communicate well with the staff team. We would love to find someone who is pro-active, notices when things need to be done and gets stuck in straight away!
You will learn whilst on the job - you will sign up for your apprenticeship; L2 or L3 according to prior qualifications. Your assessor will visit you in the workplace to deliver teaching sessions and to assess your work and you will be given time out during the week to work on your apprenticeship tasks. You will be assigned a mentor in the workplace; there are other apprentices already working towards their qualifications who can help too.
