At WMB Childcare, our aim is to lay solid early years foundation for children in our care. However, every great nursery is a reflection of the strength and depth of their core staff.
A wise man once said, 'Don't build the business, build the people and they will build the business.' Having been in the childcare sector for some few years now, we have come to understand that outstanding nurseries are built by phenomenal staff team.
We have therefore made a conscious decision to ensure that the people that work with us have value for what we do and have the right attributes and mentality to contribute to what we strive to do daily.
Our C. A. R. E. acronym stands for Credibility, Accountability, Relationship & Exemplary Leadership.
Join our team and embark on a rewarding journey to shape the future through early childhood education and care. If you have a genuine love for children and are eager to learn, we invite you to apply for this exciting Nursery Apprentice position.
Looking forward to meeting you.
