We're now looking for a
Nursery Apprentice
to join our friendly, supportive team -- someone who is passionate about starting a career in childcare and learning everything there is to know about early years education.
About the Apprenticeship
As an apprentice, you'll
earn while you learn
-- gaining practical, hands-on experience in a real nursery setting while studying towards a recognised
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years
.
You'll work alongside experienced practitioners who will support you every step of the way, helping you develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to become a fantastic early years professional.
What You'll Be Doing:
Supporting the care, learning and development of children aged 0-5
Helping to create a fun, safe and stimulating nursery environment
Assisting with daily routines such as play, meal times, and outdoor activities
Observing children's progress and contributing to their learning journey
Learning about safeguarding, child development, health & safety and the EYFS
Working as part of a friendly and passionate team
What We're Looking For:
A genuine interest in working with babies and young children
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Friendly, reliable, and a real team player
Good communication skills
Ideally a Grade 4 (C) or above in GCSE Maths and English - but support can be provided if needed
No previous experience required -- just the right attitude!
