Responsibilities
Learn how to provide high-quality care and support to children in accordance with nursery policies and procedures
Plan, organise, and supervise age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment that encourages children's curiosity and social skills
Support children's emotional well-being through attentive care and positive interactions
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of daily nursery operations
Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and any incidents
Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and daily activities
Assist with organising nursery routines such as meal times, naps, and play sessions
Qualifications
Ability to work effectively as part of a team whilst demonstrating initiative when required
