Skills;
Welsh speaking or a strong willingness to learn. Passion for working with children and to provide a warm, caring, safe and stimulating environment An ability to provide high quality activities and childcare, and a learning environment that offers excellent quality care and education through a broad and balanced curriculum Be able to create activity that will enable the children to develop the skills required for them to flourish at home and later in school Good written and verbal skills Willingness to take up necessary training Able to work independently with little supervision An ability to communicate well with colleagues, parents and professionals. An ability to assess the needs of all children and engage them in appropriate, stimulating play by encouraging independence by self-selecting their own toys. Listening to the voice of the child An ability to treat everyone with equal respect, irrespective of gender, race, religion or disability
Term Time Only
Job Types: Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
