Do you have a genuine passion for leading and nurturing young learners, coupled with proven experience managing a nursery effectively?

WMC Training is seeking a dedicated NURSERY APPRENTICE to join the professional, rewarding, and supportive team at Richmond (TW10 6TH)



The ideal candidate will bring previous experience working with children ,a genuine interest in developing the talent of younger generations, and a strong desire to make a difference in children's lives.

Must have experience working at the nursery sector before .

You will be a collaborative team member, equally capable of taking initiative, and adept at planning enriching activities.

The candidate ideally should be willing to learn a level 2 or level 3 childcare qualification



DUTIES



Your duties as

NURSERY APPRENTICE :-



Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.

To advise manager/deputy of any concerns, e.g. over children, parents, the safety of the environment, preserving confidentiality as necessary.

To be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, summer fayre, etc

To work alongside the manager and staff team to ensure that the setting's philosophy is fulfilled.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS



Must Willing to learn a childcare qualification . Must have experience working in the nursery Ability to write clear objective observations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 8.00-10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
