Nursery Apprentice
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children
- Support the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities
- Assist with the supervision and care of children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observe and record children's progress and development
- Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
- Patience and empathy when working with children
- Basic understanding of child development principles
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to nursery policies and procedures
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
