Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Margerys Day Nursery in the heart of the community. This role is vital in supporting our mission to provide high-quality childcare and early education, helping to shape the future of our youngest learners.

Responsibilities

Assist in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Support lead practitioners in planning and implementing engaging activities. Foster a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow. Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff. Observe and assess children's development, reporting progress as needed. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the nursery setting. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with nursery policies.

Qualifications

Passion for working with children and a commitment to their development. Relevant experience in childcare or nursery settings is preferred. Understanding of early childhood education principles. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children and parents. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Willingness to learn and undertake training as required.
