Market Bosworth Day Nursery is looking to recruit looking for a

Nursery Apprentice

to work towards a

Level 3

qualification whilst working within the setting. The main role will include:

Assist in the day to day care of children. Organise and take part in activities. Observing children and updating development plans. Assist at meal/snack and sleep times Taking instructions and guidance from room leaders and other senior nursery practitioners

Qualifications Required

Ideally candidates will already hold an NVQ Level 2 in Childcare as well as GCSE Maths and English Knowledge of EYFS First aid (preferred) Basic IT skills Driving licence (preferred)

Skills Required

Good communication skills both written and verbal. Passionate about the care of children Good team player that shows initiative and a good level of common sense The role will need you to use your initiative and be confident in your duties.

Future Prospects

To progress onto become a qualified Level 3 practitioner

Training Provided

The Nursery will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role. You will need to complete a Early Years Practitioner apprenticeship programme delivered via our dedicated training provider.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 8.00-10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
