The Role:

As a Nursery Apprentice, you'll get hands-on experience helping to shape little minds while learning from our experienced team. Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting qualified staff in delivering fun, engaging activities for children aged 6 months to 4 years 11 months Assisting in planning educational and creative play experiences Observing and supporting children's growth and development Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment Working towards a nationally recognized childcare qualification provided by Realise Training

Requirements:

Good communication and teamwork skills Experience of working in an employed role Patience, reliability, and a caring attitude Minimum age of 16 years to 18 years Ability to commit to the full apprenticeship duration DBS check or willingness to undergo one GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4 or above (or equivalent) Ability to provide 2 referees, one of whom must be a current or previous employer
