We are currently looking for a
Nursery Assistant
to join our team in Lambeth. As long as you want to work with children, see them develop, grow and support their learning this role could be for you.
We can offer you Early Years Training and support you to grow in your early years career all you need to get started is to be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude along with excellent communication skills. The ability to build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and staff is also vital. You must also be patient, empathetic, caring and friendly.

Key Responsibilities
Act as a key person
Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children and support the staff team with their key children
Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment, and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage
To manage and support children's personal, social, and emotional development, including the promotion of positive behaviour strategies
Support the transition of children into the nursery and then onto the next room
Build positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues
Work as part of a team
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
1+ years of experience with children in a work or home situation (Preferred)
Knowledge of OFSTED standards (preferred)
Knowledge of the EYFS (Preferred)
Good time management skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding (preferred)
