At our vibrant, welcoming nursery in Horsham, every day is a new adventure. From messy play and mini nature walks to magical storytime and milestone moments, we're on the hunt for enthusiastic Nursery Staff who can make each day sparkle for the children in our care.

What you'll be doing:

Creating a warm, caring environment where every child feels safe and valued Planning imaginative activities that inspire curiosity and confidence Building fantastic relationships with children, families, and your fellow staff Supporting learning through play - and joining in the fun, of course! Celebrating the little wins (and wiping a few noses along the way!)
What we're looking for:

A big heart, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for working with children Excellent communication and teamwork skills Creativity, reliability, and the ability to sing 'Baby Shark' with enthusiasm A childcare qualification is great - but not essential. If you're keen to learn, we're keen to train!
