Nursery Assistant - Kingston, Lewes (Skylark Federation)



The Skylark Federation is looking for a qualified Nursery Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly village school in Kingston, Lewes. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our new nursery that is opening in September 2025. The nursery will be overseen by an EYFS lead teacher, alongside the Reception class.



Job Details


o Hours of Work: 8.15am until 3.20pm, five days a week.
o Contract: East Sussex school employee contract.
o Location: Kingston, Lewes.

Key Responsibilities


o Support learning and contribute to a wide range of teaching and learning activities.
o Work alongside the teacher to support pupils' learning.
o Advance pupils' learning by working with individuals and small groups.
o Participate in relevant training provided by the school.
