Summary

We are seeking a Nursery Assistant to join our team at Rainbow Corner Loseley Fields. In this role, you will help create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere for children, supporting their development through play-based learning. Your contributions will be vital in fostering each child's individual interests and capabilities.

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning and implementation of educational activities that cater to children's interests. Support children's learning through both adult-led and child-initiated play. Create a safe and welcoming environment for all children in the nursery. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to promote positive relationships. Observe and track children's progress, sharing insights with parents to enhance learning at home. Participate in maintaining a clean and organized nursery space.

Requirements

Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting is essential. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices is preferred. Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to manage tasks independently. A passion for supporting children's development and learning.

Pay: 24,700.00-25,688.00 per year
