Nursery Assistant maternity cover with the opportunity to extend to a full time contract August start

Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm

28 days holiday including bank holidays

Duties

Assist in the implementation of age-appropriate activities Supervise children during playtime, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the nursery environment, including toys and educational materials Support children in their daily routines, including meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene

Requirements

Previous experience working with children is highly desirable Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written A background in childcare or early childhood education is advantageous A genuine passion for nurturing young minds within a nursery setting Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and respond to children's needs promptly
