Our homely and friendlyNursery, is looking for an Experienced, Qualified, Assistant Nursery Manager to join our amazing team.
Our ideal Team Member Will:
Need at least a level 3 childcare qualification and 3 years experience Be ready to embrace leadership responsibilities Be energetic and fun Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children Have a good understanding of the EYFS, Safeguarding and Ofsted Believe in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our children Work closely with the Manager and Deputy Manager. Create a safe and stimulating environment to promote learning and development. Update parents and carers on children's progress. Work with colleagues to meet children's needs. Check the safety of the environment and ensure all health and safety and fire regulations are followed. Adhere to and implement policies and procedures.
This setting is a 30 place nursery enabling you to have a lovely balance of working with children and making a deep impact on children's and staff development
Experience in a senior room role would be a distinct advantage.
This role is subject to Safer Recruitment procedures including an enhanced DBS, requirement to be on the update service and PFA certificate (we can source PFA training)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 13.75 per hour
